Ten steps to make the perfect cup of coffee.

  • Always use good quality coffee.
  • Don't grind more than the quantity that you intend to consume.
  • Make sure you use good quality, non-calcareous water.
  • Include a soup spoon of coffee for every cup.
  • Once the coffee bag has been opened, close it hermetically and store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the fridge.
  • Maintain all the equipment and utensils you are going to use in good condition.
  • Don't leave particles of ground coffee or liquid in the coffee pot.
  • Prevent the coffee from coming to the boil, and stir well before serving. Don't use reheated coffee.
  • Serve only freshly-made coffee.
  • Serve preferably in porcelain china.
