- Always use good quality coffee.
- Don't grind more than the quantity that you intend to consume.
- Make sure you use good quality, non-calcareous water.
- Include a soup spoon of coffee for every cup.
- Once the coffee bag has been opened, close it hermetically
and store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the fridge.
- Maintain all the equipment and utensils you are going to use
in good condition.
- Don't leave particles of ground coffee or liquid in the coffee
pot.
- Prevent the coffee from coming to the boil, and stir well before
serving. Don't use reheated coffee.
- Serve only freshly-made coffee.
- Serve preferably in porcelain china.
