A
Acidity. The basic taste that you notice on the sides of the rear part of the tongue. Very common in fruit.

Arabica. Coffee plant originally from Ethiopia. It was the most well-known coffee in ancient times, as well as being the most widespread and sought after. It is an excellent coffee and is relatively low in caffeine. The most well-known varieties are: Moka, Java, Bourbon, Brasileña Nacional and Maragogype.

Aroma. An essential term when it comes to coffee tasting. It describes the overall impression of the fragrance, acidity and body.
